Client Variation 1

We have encountered our first problem today. We were told that because our alfresco is less than 2m from the boundary, drop edge beams would be required! We have been thinking about this problem all day and have decided to move our house closer to the other boundary so that the drop edge beam will not be required. This will cost us an extra $1000 to change the plans. Fingers crossed everything goes well.
